Ooredoo is a leading international communications company with a customer base of more than 100 million across the Middle East, North Africa, and Southeast Asia.

Our challenge was to create a user-centric experience that captivates and engages users across all Omni-Channels digital platforms.

This project was carried out by Motif Agency while Abdul Jalil Jizawi and Firas Saleh, were partners in the agency.


We began with a Stakeholders workshop, gathering requirements and valuable insights. Our comprehensive qualitative and quantitative research studies then delved into the customer/user experience across channels. This data-driven approach informs our strategy, aligning with organizational goals and delivering exceptional user experiences.


By conducting engaging workshops and insightful interviews, we crafted Archetypes/Personas and Usage scenarios that provide a deep understanding of Oreedoo's users. This user-centric approach guides our design decisions and ensures that we create tailored experiences that resonate with Oreedoo's target audience.

Information Architecture

After conducting meticulous card sorting exercises, we expertly designed the information architecture for both the Consumer and Business sites. By carefully considering the content inventory performed on the site, we identified redundant information, addressed missing content, and consolidated relevant information. This strategic approach ensures a streamlined and user-friendly browsing experience, where users can easily access the information they need with utmost efficiency.

Content Revamp

he new content we've created embodies a fresh and relatable personality. By intentionally infusing everyday jargon and employing straightforward call-to-action, we've crafted a tone that resonates with users on a personal level. Our approach aims to establish a genuine connection and make the content easily understandable and actionable, enhancing user engagement and driving desired outcomes.

Interactive Design

Through user-driven design and extensive usability testing, we crafted a new design language that meets real user needs. Our visually appealing and user-friendly interface ensures compatibility and enhances the overall user experience.

Visual Design

With a commitment to creativity and visual appeal, our iterative design process infused the new design with innovative elements. We removed any visual barriers, resulting in a simple, immersive, and fully responsive design. Our imaginative iconography enhances user understanding and recognition, creating an engaging and seamless user experience.

Digital Guideline

In order to maintain consistency in our online communications, we developed a comprehensive guideline for our partners. This guideline outlines the proper usage of the Ooredoo digital brand identity across all digital platforms. By adhering to these guidelines, we ensure a cohesive and unified representation of the brand in the digital space.

Mobile App

We brought the core values of Ooredoo to life by embodying them in every aspect of our design process, including the mobile app and other design channels. This ensured a consistent and cohesive experience that reflects the essence of Ooredoo's brand identity. By aligning our design approach with the company's values, we created a seamless and impactful user experience across all platforms.
